Service Description

SWIM CLINIC OFFERED FOR AGES 6-14 YEARS OLD SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY AGE RECOMMENDATION 6-9 YEARS This is a swim clinic, working on stroke development and personal achievement. Participants will work under the supervision of a coach and will be guided through a workout. Swim practices are longer time frames when compared to swim lessons (60-90 minutes vs 30 minutes). The Jr. Swim Club offers additional time to improve endurance, instill discipline and help them prepare for swim team.
