Service Description

SWIM CLINIC OFFERED FOR AGES 6-14 YEARS OLD SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY AGE RECOMMENDATION 10-14 YEARS This is a swim clinic, working on stroke development and personal achievement. Participants will work under the supervision of a coach and will be guided through a workout. Swim practices are longer time frames when compared to swim lessons (90 minutes vs 30 minutes). The Jr. Swim Club offers additional time to improve endurance, instill discipline and help them prepare for swim team.
